ReceiptoAI scans and organizes travel receipts using your camera or photo library, extracting line items and totals with AI so you can track trip expenses without manual data entry.

This Privacy Policy explains how TravelFitAI ("the App"), operated by DC Photon Labs (optEngineering LP) ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, and protects information when you use the App.
We collect the minimum data required to generate and personalize your workout plans:
TravelFitAI uses third-party artificial intelligence providers to generate workout recommendations. Data you submit to generate a plan (such as fitness goals, equipment, and trip details) may be transmitted to these AI service providers strictly to produce your workout output. This data is processed under each provider's own data-handling terms and is not used by us to train third-party foundation models. We do not knowingly send government IDs, financial account numbers, or precise health/medical records to AI providers.
TravelFitAI may request access to your device's camera or photo library only if you choose to attach an optional progress photo or profile picture to your account. This access is opt-in, used solely for the feature you invoke, and is never activated in the background. You can deny or revoke this permission at any time in your device settings without losing access to core workout-generation features.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: (a) AI service providers as described above, strictly to generate your requested content; (b) infrastructure providers (hosting, analytics, crash reporting) acting on our behalf; and (c) authorities where required by law.
We retain account and fitness profile data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the App's features. You may request deletion at any time as described below.

By downloading, accessing, or using TravelFitAI (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is operated by DC Photon Labs (optEngineering LP) ("we", "us", "our").
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital consent age in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
Workout plans and recommendations are generated using artificial intelligence and are provided "as is" for informational and motivational purposes only. They do not constitute medical, health, or professional fitness advice. Always consult a qualified physician or certified trainer before starting any exercise program, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition. You assume full responsibility for any injury or harm resulting from use of AI-generated workout content.
Certain features may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase processed through the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play). Billing, renewal, and cancellation are governed by that platform's terms. All purchases are subject to the platform's refund policy.
The App, its design, branding, and underlying software are owned by DC Photon Labs (optEngineering LP) and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of data you input, but grant us a limited license to process it to provide the App's functionality.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason permitted by law. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DC Photon Labs (optEngineering LP) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including personal injury, arising from your use of the App or reliance on AI-generated content.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hellenic Republic (Greece), without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

This Privacy Policy explains how ReceiptoAI ("the App"), operated by DC Photon Labs (optEngineering LP) ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, and protects information when you use the App.
To scan and organize your travel receipts, we collect:
ReceiptoAI uses third-party artificial intelligence and optical character recognition (OCR) providers to extract text and data from receipt images you capture or upload. Receipt images and extracted text may be transmitted to these providers strictly to perform this extraction and are processed under each provider's own data-handling terms. We do not use your receipt images to train third-party foundation models, and we do not sell receipt data to third parties.
ReceiptoAI requests access to your device's camera to let you photograph receipts directly, and to your photo library to let you import existing receipt images. These permissions are used exclusively to capture or select receipt images for scanning and are never accessed in the background or for any purpose unrelated to receipt scanning. You can deny or revoke camera and photo access at any time in your device settings; doing so will limit you to manual expense entry only.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: (a) AI/OCR service providers as described above, strictly to process your receipts; (b) infrastructure providers (hosting, analytics, crash reporting, cloud storage) acting on our behalf; and (c) authorities where required by law.
We retain receipts, expense data, and account data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the App's features (e.g., historical expense reports). You may request deletion at any time as described below.
